Sparepart Distribution Supervisor PT Tata Motors Indonesia

PT. Tata Motors Indonesia is looking for Spare Part Distribution SPV.

With qualification :

Monitor day-to-day performance of parts receiving and dispatch to dealers from the warehouse
Receive and deal with stock rotation requests from partners and customers; analyze requests, give agreement on the quantities to be returned, receive warehouse analysis and issues final payment to the service providers
Technical trouble shooting in terms of stock in the warehouse
Monitoring performance of the logistic warehousing and clearing agent
Coordinate rotating inventory counts.
Make sure the vendor follows up cycle counts based on the required frequency.
Assist in regular stock audits
Keep track of discrepancies and settle the discrepancy claims timely
Ensure that the registered complaints are resolved within time period

Requirement :

English is must
Knowledge of IT based spare parts system such as Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP
Exposure in dealing with multiple suppliers (including overseas suppliers)
Knowledge of international import/export regulations
