PT. Meindo Elang Indah is urgently needed for Mechatronic Technician/Inspector!

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor Degree
Min. 30 years old
Min. 2 years of experienced in related to equipment / fleet management and maintenance activities
Skill in inspection and troubleshooting equipment driven by diesel, electric with hydraulic and pneumatic mechanism, electrical and electronic with mechatronic as advantage
Experienced in troubleshooting PLC, LMI, Sensor, Control Valve, Modular Wiring, Electrical and Electronic part related to mechanical of Heavy Equipment, CNC, Bending Machining, Pipe/Beam Profile Cutting, Plate Rolling Machine, Lathe Machine
Proof practitioner with SOPs, TBM, CBM, PdM, PMs
Fluent in English and Bahasa

Responsibilities:

Liase with HE Corporate Manager for HE Inspection program and matrix
Develop HE Inspection procedure, program, inspection form for company equipment
Lead and execute all related equipment inspection according to OEM requirement, experienced in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical diagram
Prepare and filing inspection report
Recap all findings of HE during inspection, troubleshooting, fixing and corrective maintenance being carry up
Suggest improvement of maintenance and inspection of equipment reliability
Update related maintenance report, inventory report, equipment card
Update monthly status equipment maintenance report to superior for review and compilation
Supervise quality of works for any outsource maintenance works by contractor
Plan, request and records inventory of parts and consumable as per equipment schedule and corrective maintenance requirement
