“Asst Reliability Manager”
Responsibilities:
- Carry out Root Cause Analysis and delivery necessary Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA).
- Develops, executes and improve preventive maintenance regime with Predictive Maintenance / PM Technologies (Infrared, Ultrasound, Vibration, Laser Shaft Alignment, Machinery Lubrication) .
- Responsible for maintenance and support of electrical, instrumentation and automation controls including Programmable logic control / Instrumentation troubleshooting.
- Responsible for a PLC new program and re programming collaborate with maintenance team.
- Responsible to performs Preventive maintenance in Electrical, including system backup, disaster recovery, and obsolescence activities.
- Ensures timely resolution of identified automation issues and unplanned events identified in the daily walk-through.
- Plan meeting to review the pareto data losses collaborate with Operation and Continues Improvement team related High breakdown and repeated Minor Stop.
- Analyze Job Order (JO) abnormality, and review quality JO closing.
- Give any inputs for machineries and equipment standards related with electrical, instrumentation and automation controls to maintenance team and stakeholder.
- Take part in FAT testing, installation, checkout, and post installation validation.
- Mentor the maintenance technicians to provide the right skills to allow them to carry out day to day maintenance of the new equipment.
- Review Capex maintenance related OEE Improvement together with Maintenance Manager
- Take a part of any new projects and ensure all comply before hand over related with PM, Spare part, URS, and machine performance include documentation like manual book / report.
Qualifications:
- Minimum holds D3 degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Having 3 years of experience in the relevant position in Automation/Instrumentation /Electrical Engineering
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and work on difference types of PLC programming language
- Demonstrate experience of maintaining mixing, filling, and packing machines
- Demonstrate in robot programming – 4,5,6 axis robots, robot teaching and troubleshooting of robot, PLC and machine
- Demonstrate experience with Predictive Maintenance / PdM Technologies (Infrared, Ultrasound, Vibration, Laser Shaft Alignment, Machinery Lubrication)
- Must possess problem solving skills and have knowledge of root cause analysis, cause and effect analysis and failure mode and effect analysis.
- Knowledge of computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP Plant Maintenance)
